Real estate professor Eppli addresses Milwaukee Press Club
June 19, 2012
Mark Eppli, professor and Bell Chair in Real Estate, discussed southeast Wisconsin’s commercial real estate industry at the Milwaukee Press Club’s “Behind the Headlines” event in June. Eppli served on a panel of real estate experts who presented and fielded questions on the topic, “Up, Down or Sideways? Where Are Real Estate Prices Headed?”
According to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article, Eppli said new apartment construction remains the strongest product segment within the commercial development industry, and light industrial development also will remain a relatively strong segment.
Eppli shared the dais with Dan Cira, vice president and manager of default servicing for retail lending at BMO Harris Bank; Judy Hearst, vice president, Wisconsin southeast region of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage; and David Stiff, chief economist and vice president for quantitative research at Fiserv.
