Professor Inderrieden received his B.S. from the University of Tulsa, an M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University and his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. In addition to teaching courses in Organizational Behavior at the graduate and undergraduate level he is the Director of the MBA program. His research has focused on the general areas of attraction, development and retention of human capital. He is currently focusing his research efforts on understanding how top executives act with courage. His work has appeared in top management journals including The Academy of Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, the Journal of Vocational Behavior and Human Resource Management. He received Marquette University’s highest award for teaching excellence and has been named a Miles Scholar in the College of Business Administration.
