Operations & Supply Chain Management Minor

To complete the requirements for a minor in Operations and Supply Chain Management, students need to complete 21 credits as specified below (a grade of C or better must be earned in each course):

Specific Operations & Supply Chain Management Requirements

18 Credits

  • BUAD 2100 (Accounting and Finance Fundamentals for non-business majors) -or- ACCO 1030 (Financial Accounting) 3 credits
  • ECON 1001 (Intro to Econ) -or- ECON 1003 (Principles of Microeconomics)
  • Statistics * 3 credits
  • OSCM 3001 (Operations and Supply Chain Management) 3 credits
  • Select two courses from:
    • OSCM 4010 (Manufacturing Planning & Control) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4015 (Service Management) 3 credits 
    • OSCM 4020 (Quality and Process Management) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4025 (Purchasing & Supply Chain Management) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4040 (Global Logistics Management) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4045 (Globalization & Global Operations) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4060 (Supply Chain Analytics) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4080 (Applied Procurement) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4931 (Topics in Operations and Supply Chain Management) 3 credits
    • OSCM 4953 (Seminar in OSCM) 3 credits

All courses for the Operations & Supply Chain minor must be taken at Marquette; the Assistant Dean of the College of Business Administration must approve any transfer of credits.
