The LEAD (Leadership Education and Development) program is designed to help business undergraduates develop self-awareness, career decision-making, job search and professionalism skills in preparation for successful careers. For each of your first three years in the College of Business Administration, you will complete a LEAD course covering a variety of applied topics such as professional expectations and standards, communication skills, diversity awareness, and career planning and self-marketing strategies. Frequently, these topics are delivered by successful business executives and young alumni who bring their insights on these critical topics to students in the LEAD program.
Marquette is a leader in providing applied learning programs such as our distinctive LEAD program. The LEAD program provides applied learning and leadership skills that complement the rigorous theoretical training that Marquette business students receive in their required academic courses.
